Ghost film

The film follows the road between St Jean Pied de Port, France to Santiago de Compostela and records the travels of a pilgrim. It is a quiet quest for an affirmation of a belief and/or a disbelief. The film considers the phenomenon of pilgrimage – a precursor of early forms of tourism (Godard said: “Tourism is cinema’s original sin”), as a critical tool to question the making of images.
