Live stream and daily written subtitles
1995 - 2022

Programme météo is a live stream of the view of the sky above the exhibition space. Subtitles are written daily during the course of the exhibition to describe the political climate that the weather overhangs. The use of the French “conditionel present” tense underlines the temporality and the simultaneity of these cohabiting realities — atmospheric and social. This work was initially made for Pierre Huyghe’s Mobil TV project at the Consortium, Dijon, France in 1995.
